Fright Fest: Six Flags Over Georgia 2025

It’s that time of year again for Haunted Houses, and we kicked the season off by going to Six Flags’ Fright Fest on opening night. Six Flags Fright Fest was a lot of fun this year. We started off the day by going to the Deadman’s Party Show. I have seen the show many times before, and even though it has been a few years since going to Six Flags, I remember it being much better than ever before. The singing, choreography, and show in general was really entertaining! What I love about Fright Fest is you can go in the park earlier in the day and ride your favorite rides/see shows before the event starts. We rode Monster Mansion because in my opinion, it’s not a trip to Six Flags without a ride on Monster Mansion!

Then, we went to the Media Event for Fright Fest where we enjoyed a lot of new food options. Six Flags recently hired a new executive chef, and let me tell you, the food was phenomenal! Here is a first look at some of the new food offerings for the Fall season.

After the Media Event, we went to The Awakening show which is where all the monsters come out. The Awakening show is at the train station, and all the monsters arrived on a train and ran into the audience! People were running around screaming, and the monsters brought the energy!

Fright Fest has five haunted attractions this year: Nyctophobia, Camp Slasher, Carnival of Chaos, and two new attractions this year: The Conjuring Universe and Saw: Legacy of Terror.

My favorite of all of them was definitely The Conjuring. I am a big fan of that series and Six Flags did an amazing job putting that haunt together. The immersion, set design, and actors did a great job. I could not take any videos inside this attraction, but I must say, it is the best haunt I have ever seen at a Fright Fest event. I love that Six Flags has this great haunt option, along with four other attractions and scare zones throughout the park to really give guests a variety of attractions and a full night of entertainment.

Six Flags also offers a variety of merchandise options this year for Fright Fest. Given that they have rights to use The Conjuring, of course they have some cool Annabelle themed merch too! Here is a first look at their Fright Fest Merchandise.

Overall, we had a great time at Fright Fest this year. This is a great event that features scare zones, haunted attractions, and shows. It is an awesome way to kick off spooky season!
