Netherworld Haunted House "The Undying Horror" and "Parasitic" - Review (2022)

As always, I went to Netherworld Haunted House this year. For those who have followed my haunt journey for a while, you will know that I love Netherworld. I go there at least once a year and always look forward to seeing their attractions. This year is definitely no exception. I loved both of their shows. In fact, I would say these are the best shows they have ever done. Netherworld constantly outdoes themselves and I really loved their shows.

There are a lot of things I love at Netherworld, and I can sum them up pretty easily:

-Incredible costumes and makeup

-Attention to detail... the sets are amazing

-Unbelievable animatronics

-Amazing theming

All of these things are true this year. However, something I want to note that made me love this season even more...

There are so many changes they have made!

It seems that each year, Netherworld does a few changes here and there. This year they made a lot of changes. The first haunt has some new twists and turns. There also quite a few new scenes. Some of my favorite scenes are still there, but it was really awesome to see them change some things up in the first haunt.

The second show is pretty much entirely new. There are a couple spots I remember from previous years, but for the most part, everything is new. I loved this show just as much as the first one. Parasitic is a really great show and I love how the theming is a lot different from the first one.

Bonus: We did Escape the Netherworld's room Nosferatu. The set designs in here were phenomenal, just like the haunt. I loved the storytelling aspect of this room and even though there were a lot of challenging aspects, we escaped! Shoutout to our gamemaster Eddie. He was awesome!
